As promised before, I will make a Flash version after implementing the 3D Image Rotator in Silverlight.
The Silverlight version is implemented using Kit3D while the Flash version is made by Papervision3D. Personally, I love the Silverlight sample more since it looks smoother. However, I think Papervision3D is much more easy to understand and utilize.
By the way, the images used in the Flash version are taken from my graduated school - The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Hope you will like it~

In order for this to be an accurate comparison you would have to use the exact same images for both examples. Further more, the Silverlight image dimensions are smaller. Great work though!

It seems that the Silverlight implementation shows a distortion along the top of ALL the images!

Hi!
Suggestion for another of your posts: How about creating a application that captures the images of a video (or the entire aplication) like the one that this site does in Flash: http://www.jag-jeans.com/
congrats on your site :)

Hi,
I just started using Kit3D to develop a 3D chart component, however I have browsing the web for almost 2 days and still have no clue how I can put a text in my chart component.
Does anyone know how I can convert a text into a ModelVisual3D object so I can add it under Viewport3D to allow 360 degree rotation?
Please help and thanks in advance
Kyle
